Introducing: Recycled Sari Yarns
by Bek HudsonFinding new yarns that align with our ethical standards is not always easy. But when we do find one, we get very excited. And today we introduce not one but two new yarns to you - colour us ecstatic and get ready to meet: Recycled Sari Silk Ribbon Yarn and Recycled Spun Sari Silk.
They are made under Fair Trade conditions, contain a minimum of 97% silk and are vibrant and beautiful. Perfect for weaving, macrame, knitting, crochet and a range of other textile arts.

What's so good about t-shirt yarn?

If you've ever thought about home decorating & have visited Pinterest, then the chances are that you've come across t-shirt yarn. There are crochet rugs and baskets, macramé wall-hangings, knitted clutch purses and tote-bags galore. It's enough to get anyone's creative juices flowing. And if you've ever kicked off your shoes and walked about on a crochet t-shirt yarn rug, you'll know just how delightfully squishy and textured it feels underfoot. It's almost therapeutic - it's good stuff.

I can't tell you how seriously excited I am that you are reading this, because it means that this big idea that I had, to start selling reasonably priced tshirt yarn in Australia, has actually happened!
